This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

This is why System Initiative is your future. Building the bespoke thing *is* managing it. Making it repeatable is straightforward (literally right click and create a template). Automating the transitions (app deployment) is easy too - you aren’t manipulating a declaration through variables
