Never has US McDonalds but I can say outside of certain periods Indonesian and Singaporean McDonalds are garbage but not as bad as Australian McDonalds, Japanese is by far the best McDonalds, though if you’re in Japan just go to Lawson’s or 7-11 instead if you’re looking for quick and easy.
