This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Ok, quick thread about Converting files from CLIP STUDIO PAINT, in RGB, to PHOTOSHOP, in CMYK.
If you're desperately want to drop Adobe to use CSP, but need to have some CMYK files for printing, here's what I know about how to temporarily fix this (until CSP gives us full CMYK support).
