This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Meanwhile Gearsystem upstream fixed logging for its libretro core, so I did it for the highscore port as well. Now the only core that prints logs into stdout is DeSmuME, I should probably just fix it upstream as it does have a logging API, just ignores it and uses printf() in a bunch of places.
