This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

‘Multipaint’ will load image files into it and do some of the basic converting ( and show attribute restraints ) , but some images just ‘work’ with the spectrums colour set.
