Kinky idea, but...inanimate TF on my mind thanks to another friend.
Turn your friend into a USB drive, edit their "files" and make them a person again, except changed. Or soemthing to that effect. Not just personality, but form. Who knows, maybe they have Blender and made some tweaks or something
