ok masa batch #2 has been extinguished, batch #3 is resting. 43(?) black bean and cheese tamale completed;
there are at least 80 in bags, further cooling, before they get frozen. we've run out of cheese, i have lost count. The final count will be dependent on whatever i get bagged into the freezer.
