This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Unfortunately this is a limitation of the bluesky API, which only lets me get the people you follow 100 at a time. This means if you follow many tens of thousands of users, it can delay post notifications for everybody by several minutes!
