This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

It's just difficult, when I work night shift, to organize schedules for such a thing. I'd have to do it either at 8:00ish AM central, or 5:00ish PM central, on a weekday.
