This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Is the network radio. While PMR is also licensed free this one can use a SIM card or the Wi-Fi to connect to radio communities via Zello. (which is also an app). I quite like just having the handheld on with a select few channels being monitored.
