This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Aye, It was my go to for pixelart, even owning aseprite I'd still use it over it, the selection tool was perfect and I was just so adjusted to it.
Been using a web app version of photopea mostly now, maybe there is a way to sandbox pdn, but so far I've not been in dire need of it yet
