This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

This review may have been my introduction to the pc engine (as a super cars 2 fan, i also remember a moto roader or so review that stood out). Game and gfx looked magical! Always made me want one but having no idea how/where to import as a 11-12yo it was out of reach. Happy to own one now though!
