The new FFXIV expansion Dawntrail came out this year, which means I didn't play a many other games (heavy lies the crown of an MMO player).
Dawntrain had a tough act to follow up after Endwalker RUINED me, but I found the slower "back to roots" story and the creative boss fights left me smiling.
