先日、遂にバナナの花を食べる会をやりました…！
子バナナはフリッター、蕾部分はジャスミンライスの炊き込みご飯、炒め物、おひたしに。食感が強く食べ応えがしっかりある。 これ自体に味はあまりないので筍や根菜的ポジションで使えます。が、処理はやや面倒。
