This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I also used an ancient program called Neopaint for all my digital art, and it certainly was a *program*. The most notable feature is it saved undos up to a point, but when it hit that point it didn't remove the old memory, it just stopped making new. So if you undid it undid back to the last save.
