This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

i found it kind of disappointing that the official "Newgrounds Player" flash projector only supported Windows 7 and up. so here's an "alternative" - really just a pet project and learning experience for me - that supports as far back as Windows 98 https://github.com/InvoxiPlayGames/NGPlayerNET
