This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I like the idea of the handheld emulation device but trying to figure out which ones are actually good is still harder than it should be. Feels like the people out there writing about this space are too busy writing tutorials on copying ROMs to an Android device to say what runs well on each device.
