This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

So I've been out of the FGC for awhile but from what I've seen so far MVC:I is getting ignored at EVO because of art direction and "bad" business practices but a game that's not even out yet with a 20 person plus DLC gets a pass??? #EVO #MVCI
