This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

i did offer this. I was careful about following all local regs on grounding, slack wire, etc & i -genuinely- know what i'm doing. I hope they're ok with this solution. I really dunno what else to offer. If the idea is liability, having me undo it by myself again before they redo it is just MORE risk
