This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

If you click Cancel, it doesn't clean up after itself, again probably because this isn't how the Chrome setup is supposed to work. Two copies of the 86.5 MB setup are left in Program Files, along with the SentryBay updater service, which is still fully registered as a Windows service!
