鶏とごぼうは鉄板のおいしい取り合わせですね。欲張ったのでお米より具の方が多くなりました。一膳で満足、お腹いっぱい。
冷めにくく熱々のとろみ料理は冬に嬉しいもの。葛はあの葛根湯の原料、身体を温めてくれる効果あり。
