This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I really want to use windsurf in phpstorm. But every time I do, I regret it. The diffs are a janky, and commands can't auto-run.
But every time I don't use JetBrains, I regret it when I actually need to code myself. Worse code navigation and terrible Git integration.
