This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I only use RSS on mobile.
On android I use the same reader since I own a smartphone and I'm so used to it.
unfortunately reader is not on Playstore anymore but on GitHub
