For kanji, I'm using this Anki Deck called Kanji Damage https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/748570187 I don't like the mnemonics in this deck at all, but the kanji and radicals are ordered and grouped in a very useful way. For mnemonic I mainly use this site kanji.koohii.com (and another site in my native language)
