Traveling through Bellingham today, 4/17? Until 2PM crews closed the left lane of SB I-5 between Bakerview Rd & Sunset Dr/SR 542 (MP 258-MP 255) for overhead sign replacement. Also closed: Northwest Ave on-ramp to SB I-5 & Guide Meridian/SR 539 on-ramp to SB I-5. Expect delays!
