Yes, I know that may be smug of me (frankly, IDGAF), but as you can tell from the tracks themselves, as well as the abundant suplimental material pertaining to Sonic CD's production as a whole (JP & US), there wasn't anywhere near as much deliberation exerted for the US OST as the original OST had.
