This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

looks like I wont have to bother with decal import code for blender-godot bc godot doesnt have mesh decals anyway, regular decals are mostly useful for vfx and not that much for env art
best I can do is shrinkwrap the mesh and distance cull
hammer for example lets you use any mesh as a projector:
