This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Like everyone else is saying, Postybirb is the MVP. Takes so much of the work outta the process of maintaining several galleries.
That said, you still gotta leave the utility running in the background if you want to schedule posts as it's all running off your system rather than a server somewhere.
