Honestly, the lamest part about the Shaggy being powerful meme is that the actual "Legend of the Phantosaur" it's based on is so good and it gets overshadowed.
The movie is genuinely one of the funniest Scooby-Doo movies I've ever seen and has gorgeous animation and stellar pacing.
I adore it!
