This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I use a Quad note generator that plays 4 random note tracks. Those go to Random Tool, it randomly pitches the notes 1 or 2 octaves, changes note length and velocity.
The instrument is a Monotome bass synth. It uses a sine & square oscillator.
The volume of the square is modulated by a random LFO.
