This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

This obviously leaves a lot of room for disagreements, whether from two players having different understandings of the rules or one player just being obstinate. Moderators could be called to adjudicate these disputes. For some reason, I wanted to become a moderator.
