Adding to this because I found an example on my phone of what can be made without StreamElements.
This is footage of one of my raid alerts, done just using StreamerBot, OBS (with the move plugin), and a bit of HTML that my buddy @shitposting.zone made. It even mutes the music track for the fanfare.
