This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Oh yeah also made it so that you have to pre-select the team count when preparing the maps for an elimination bracket making it more clear that it is required.
And removed the confusing "this player is already in team" msg when adding players to teams as admin.
