This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Twitch set up a much more scalable, resilient, and quite frankly a better system for larger bots like mine to manage channels at scale. Last year I moved the bulk of Sery_Bot over to the new conduits system, except for chat.
Now chat is done.
