This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

The Dell XPS 13 with Ubuntu Linux native was what I tried last. It's close but there's still a few hardware issues and most importantly a weird system lag with Google Chrome that can drive me insane. If I can't type without random double presses it no longer counts as a functional device ðŸ˜
