Can you take Tylenol (acetaminophen)? I’m limited with my meds to only that & nothing aspirin-based as well, so I feel your pain there since most cold meds have aspirin or ibuprofen in them. There’s a DayQuil/NyQuil version out there with no aspirin that’s helped me when basic Tylenol isn’t enough.
