This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

We still don't have Android 16, but we do have Pixel VIPs. Needless to say it's not visible in the app drawer. And not to much surprise we can only deactivate but not uninstall it.
