This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

McDonalds kids meals include a QR code for a game. My expectation was it would insist you download an app to play crappy games while it slurped up personal data.
Happily, it turns out they link to web games! And often 3D ones at that! Props for not pushing an app where the web does just fine!
