This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Having said that I haven't yet had a guard in a chokehold. I think in MGS2 it's just how rapidly you choke out whether you break their neck, but in MGS3 it's pressure sensitive to interrogate vs kill, right? Will need to make sure I know how they mapped that.
