能登半島地震で被害が大きかった地域で、地盤の揺れやすさ（表層地盤増幅率）を計測した結果と、被害状況の対応。
ビルや家屋倒壊のあった輪島市河井町は特に揺れやすく、液状化被害の著しい内灘町下荒屋も揺れやすい地盤。
一方で、被害が少なく「奇跡の町」と呼ばれた志賀町赤崎は揺れにくい地盤。
