This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I'm now following Mogoon's #art #fundamentals course on #Coloso, and followed alongside with chapter 8 (Drawing faces) to get this, which I was pretty happy with right until the end, I don't know how to draw hair well yet.
